Cyber Security Architect

What will you do?

• Design and implement cybersecurity strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Act as the primary expert and architect for key cybersecurity platforms, including network security, antimalware, IDPS, security event monitoring (Splunk/Arcsight), and cloud security.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of security processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support security incident analysis and assist with response efforts related to owned cybersecurity platforms.
• Participate as a subject matter expert in projects, conducting security reviews and assessments while ensuring a secure-by-design approach.
• Research and assess emerging security threats, recommending appropriate actions across the entire lifecycle of enterprise services.
• Provide insights on security controls related to firewalls, VPNs, data loss prevention, WAFs, operating systems, cloud environments, middleware, databases, servers, and applications.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and project teams to ensure security controls are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
• Contribute to cybersecurity risk management processes and supplier security risk assessments, tracking mitigation plans throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify key security controls in areas such as network security, access management, change management, and system operations.
• Communicate security assessment results and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
