In the infino.IT network, you will be the first to know about new available IT projects, and we will inform you which position is best for you. Additionally, we will supply you with updates in the field of freelancing and useful tips for accounting. Has a new law been passed that could affect you? We will keep you informed.

Becoming a freelancer is not difficult at all. If needed, we are happy to guide you through the entire process—from establishing your business’s legal form to all the legal and administrative tasks awaiting you.

You don’t have to, we can recommend a responsible and verified accounting firm that will handle all the accounting and legal formalities of your business.

The process is very fast. It depends only on which legal form of business you choose. We have consultants who will guide you through the entire process. You can typically start working on a project within a few days.

As a freelancer, you have much greater freedom in choosing projects. The variety and learning new things will constantly motivate you. You have the potential to earn more than if you were an employee at a company. And it’s up to you how you invest your earned money.

You can take advantage of a bonus system of benefits, where you choose what is important for you, not the company. A wide selection of benefits provides the opportunity to customize exactly the benefits that suit you.

After receiving your resume, we will check if we have a suitable position for your profile. Then, we will start sending you available IT projects that might interest you. After finding a suitable project for your profile, we will contact you back and you will go through a selection process. If there are currently no suitable projects available, we will actively search for a suitable placement for your profile.


For companies

You tell us your ideas and requirements and we start searching for the right specialist for your project in our extensive database. If needed, we will find a new specialist who meets your requirements.

If both parties are satisfied and act quickly, it is possible to extend the IT specialist’s tenure on the project or offer them another suitable project you are handling in the company.

With the newsletter, you will always have an up-to-date overview of available IT specialists and news in IT outsourcing.

Each candidate undergoes a multi-step selection process, in which their IT skills, teamwork, and psychological profile are evaluated according to the complexity of the requirements. We use modern technologies for the quickest possible assessment process of IT specialists.

You do not pay any recruiting fees for our services. If, despite the entire process and internal interviewing, you decide the IT specialist is not suitable for you, we will find another suitable IT specialist for you.

Our IT specialists are contractually bound to provide paid consultations for 10 hours even after the work on the project ends within the next year. If they quit prematurely, we will find a candidate to replace them on the project.

Our cooperation is based on a contractual relationship. After signing a framework agreement, you provide us with available projects for which you are seeking IT specialists. We find a specialist and offer a sum for which they are willing to work on your project. After approval from both sides and resolving the administration, the IT specialist begins working on your project.

The specialist is assigned to the project and their contract is always only for the specified project. If the project ends, you do not deal with any terminations, severance, or other costs typically associated with employee dismissal.
